Processing Time All orders are processed within [5-7 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 Days after dispatch

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 Days after dispatch

 

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier delays that are beyond our control.

Local Pickup Local pickup is currently not available.

International Shipping  International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and other customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Packages We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your package was damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods as evidence.

Incorrect Shipping Information Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
